Pleasant experience throughout, starting from piano selection, to demo, and final testing. Owner took special effort to understand my needs as a pianist, and addressed all of my concerns on the selected piano, from the exterior paintwork, to the action and regulation. Piano came to my house looking and sounding brand new. Movers were very professional and took care not to scratch my flooring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for good quality used / recond pianos!
